Adaptive capacity is your organization’s ability to adapt in a flexible and timely way to the ecosystem of which it is a part, when that ecosystem is itself changing. Adaptive capacity is explores the ability of institutions and networks to learn, and store knowledge and experience; the ability of an organization to monitor, assess and respond to internal and external changes.
