ArtsLab is not a “fix” but it is an opportunity for those wishing to ‘take it to the next level’ to be offered time apart, with some of our region’s knowledge experts, to plan for that resilient and sustainable future and address some of the internal organizational stumbling blocks to change.

Theatre B’s positive changes, including a Board-projected balanced budget with a 75% increase over the previous year, could swamp an organization unprepared for the variety and extent of growth.
