ArtsLab is developing a Leadership Idea Exchange, an affinity group or community of practice. It is targeting professionals engaged in supporting the arts and culture sector and interested in advancing their skills, sharing tools, and keeping their resources and practices responsive to new ‘21st century’ challenges. This leadership idea exchange is envisioned as an opportunity for professionals to co-create new approaches to their work responsive to the new realities of our complex societal and economic context.
The Leadership Idea Exchange will be composed of selected ArtsLab alumni, consultants and trainers in the arts and non-arts sectors from across our region that are passionate about working with artists and small to midsized arts organizations.
