The Arts Partnership

The Arts Partnership, formerly known as the Lake Agassiz Arts Council, consists of 59 arts organizations, arts-related businesses, and individual artists. Formed in 1970, the organization continues to serve and advocate for the arts throughout the region surrounding Fargo-Moorhead.

The Arts Partnership provides a strong voice for the arts through an arts-focused newsletter, the Arts Forum, and through an arts events website, CulturePulse.org. For its work in support of community development, The Arts Partnership received a Fargo-Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau award.

ArtsLab Strategic Vision

Our work will develop robust learning networks and resources that support individual artists, artist-led organizations, state arts agencies, regional arts councils, and the capacity-building field locally and nationally. We will:

Increase the pool of mature and engaged leadership ready to meet the demands of the 21st century arts and culture sector;

Build the resilience and strengthen the presence and leadership of visionary arts organizations within their community and region;

Demonstrate the power of the arts to enhance community vitality and engagement.
