Great River Arts Association

Students from the Little Falls Community High School hang their senior art show in the Great River Arts Center Gallery

Established in 1992, the Great River Arts Association realized its dream in 2001 of establishing an arts center serving Minnesota’s heartland in collaboration with a series of public and private partnerships.

Today, the Arts Association offers the region a breadth of artistic opportunities through its galleries, retail outlet for local artists’ work, youth programming, concert series, and as a home for public access television.

ArtsLab Strategic Vision

Our work will develop robust learning networks and resources that support individual artists, artist-led organizations, state arts agencies, regional arts councils, and the capacity-building field locally and nationally. We will:

Increase the pool of mature and engaged leadership ready to meet the demands of the 21st century arts and culture sector;

Build the resilience and strengthen the presence and leadership of visionary arts organizations within their community and region;

Demonstrate the power of the arts to enhance community vitality and engagement.
